What happens to it

1. It is read at the desk during posted hours, Mon to Thu 7 am to 7 pm, Fri to Sun 7 am to 3 pm Eastern.
2. Anything ambiguous gets a telephone call, because one question settled by voice saves two days of writing.
3. The details go to off airport operators near the field who can hold the dates.
4. Their answers come back in writing, as a range, each with the rate, the total at the gate, and the operator's name.
5. If you take one, the desk holds the space and confirms in writing. From that moment it stops being a request; the space is held, and held by the operator rather than here.

One working day is usual, two at most. Nothing here promises faster, because the answers belong to other people.

Available dates, and what available actually means here

It means an operator checked and found space it is willing to hold for those dates. Until one has, the honest answer is that nobody at this address knows. That is why you will find no calendar of free days on this site: any such calendar would have to be made up.
