Reaching the desk
Reach Us
A telephone during posted hours, a street address, two mail addresses and the request form. A person reads what arrives and answers inside a working day.

The desk answers Monday to Thursday from 7 am to 7 pm and Friday to Sunday from 7 am to 3 pm, Eastern. Beyond those hours a request lies unopened until the desk is next staffed, and nothing published here suggests any different.
Nothing is read outside desk hours. No page here claims a line answered around the clock, and answering around the clock is one of the eight claims this site declines to make on the claims table for that reason.

What becomes of a message
Somebody reads it, asks about anything unclear, and puts it to operators. What is kept, and for how long, is three lines on the privacy notice.
No list gains a name, because there is no list. This desk sends nothing to anybody who has not asked it a question.
Three questions this desk cannot answer
- A figure, before anybody has been asked. No tariff sits at this address to quote from. Ask, and a real answer follows within a working day. Guess, and it arrives instantly and is worth what it cost.
- Whether a lot is safe, watched or insured. This desk has read nobody's paperwork and will not characterize somebody else's operation. It will always name the operator, which is the useful thing it can do.
- Anything about parking run by the airport itself. This company has no relationship with the airport, no standing to speak for it, and no part in what it sells. That is booked through it directly.
If something on this site is wrong
Write to standing@sablebearings.com with the page and the sentence. Whatever it came from gets checked, and then the page is corrected and its date moves, or a reply explains why it stands.
The most useful corrections come from drivers who used a lot this desk quoted and found something different from what they were told. Those are the ones we most want, because they are the only way this desk finds out that an operator's answer has gone stale.
